Below is Dibtech Computers fault reporting form. It is to be used to report any fault or faults with the computer system supplied by Dibtech Computers. This fault reporting form is not to be used to report faults with software. Dibtech Computers does not accept any liability for any client/s or computer/s that have faults or issues attributed to virus/spyware issues. We also do not accept liability for faults attributed to miss-use of the computer system.

All faults connected to or relating to issues that are not covered by our limited warranty will be invoiced at our normal rates.
